Kaleafa Cannabis Company - Gresham

Been coming to this location since they opened. They use to have "vibrant" staff that were personable but lately it seems like some of the employees either hate the job or are too high to be doing customer service. It also has a staff vs employees type of vibe. Some of the staff are great and nothing wrong with the products. Until the customer service improves, I'll be going to nectar down the road.

I come here probably every Saturday to every other Saturday, and I do like this dispensary. Overall great prices and nice staff. I've had a couple of eh visits, but overall most have been pleasant. I am finally writing this review because the many times I've gone it seems most of the budtenders are flower smokers and I am more concentrates. Which is fine! Just usually don't know as much what to offer.. well, idk if Josh just knows what to sell or is a concentrate smoker but he was SUPER helpful for me! Thank you!

I've been coming to this place since it opened but it just seems like everything I get from you no matter the tier all your product is harsh AF when you smoke it. It would be nice to be able to get fresh product for a good price. But it seems like if you want anything that's not a year old you gotta pay over $150 a half oz just to get fresh product. I got this Gummi Bear and was told it was fresh but it was over 2 years old and had moldly and when I called and talked to them about it the best they could offer was a 8% discount on my next purchase because they were busy and couldn't take my call due to low staffing. If anyone buys product from any Dispo and it's moldy and this is how you treat them, then your product isn't worth the money and it sounds like you really don't care about your clientele. An 8% discount don't even cover the taxes lol After 3 years of doing business with you all I doubt I'll be coming back. How do you sell product that's testing date is over a year and a half from its harvest date ? Like where tf is this sitting at all that time?
